Good enough but scratches very easily
Would Not RecommendI bought a single post sleeve to cover a 4x4 installed for a retractable hose reel. This one worked perfectly and seems like it will last awhile in our temperate climate. The only thing I dislike is how easily the composite stretches. My fingernail left scratches on it!! This isn’t a dealbreaker for my single post but I would not be happy with the durability at all if I used it on an entire deck and would find an alternative brand/material.

Would RecommendI have found these to be a quick way to upgrade my deck to the trex system. Was able to strip my deck back to the underlying framing and posts, then upgrade with trex. No more peeling paint.

Great looking deck railing
Would RecommendWe really like this product line for deck railings. One important note for DIY installation: you need a rather large saw to cut this product. Do a couple test cuts first before cutting it to length. We found that our 12in miter saw did not have enough clearance to cut it and we have to be extraordinal careful to not mare the outer coating.
