What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these deck post skirts for their two-piece snap-together design, which simplifies installation and retrofitting compared to older one-piece models. Reviewers highlight the professional, finished appearance, especially the black color option that contrasts nicely with composite posts. Most appreciate the lightweight, water-resistant composite material for durability and easy handling. A few report fit issues with standard lumber dimensions or note visible seams where pieces join, and some mention the surface scratches easily. Overall, customers consider them an excellent value that significantly improves deck aesthetics.

Would Not RecommendDidn’t fit. Says it’s for a 4x4 post. However fits an 4.5x4.5 post. They need to put that in the name. Stop false advertising. And just say what your product is.

Simple post skirting.
Would RecommendEasy post skirting that adds a nice trim to Trex post sleeves. Only issue is that they snap together leaving a seam on two sides.

Great item when you forget to install it first!
Would RecommendI like the fact that the base trim is now available in another color besides white and that they now come in two separate pieces. Makes installation a lot easier when you realize that you forgot to install the base trim prior to installing the railings and post caps.

Simple snap together installation
Would RecommendThis base was durable and very easy to install. I liked that it came in two pieces and snapped together instead of one piece that slid down the post.
