What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the Island Mist color as a versatile medium gray with coastal and rustic undertones that complements diverse home styles. Reviewers consistently highlight the realistic woodgrain texture and multi-tonal finish that exceed photo expectations. Most emphasize exceptional durability, noting the sturdy, heavy-duty construction and impressive weather resistance after rain and snow testing. The low-maintenance design—requiring only soap and water cleaning—and slip-resistant, nail-free surface are widely valued. The 25-year warranty and 95% recycled materials reinforce quality perceptions. A few mention installation weight concerns, though overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our Trex decking! It’s been on 5 years & looks as good as day one! Love the idea of never having to stain it!

Was easy to use for the outside edge of the design
16 ft was helpful in framing in the outer edge of the deck. Installation was straightforward and allows for small overhang of the deck.

Beautifully crafted!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking into flooring for months and none have compared to the craftsmanship of Transcend! The grain is absolutely beautiful and it is not flimsy or rough feeling like so many I have tried! Definitely recommend!!

Great Sample!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample along with others and it really helped me in choosing the style and colors I wanted for my new deck. I was considering wood but upon seeing how this was made and the durability I was impressed! The sample is large enough to see what it would look like compared to others and makes it easy to make a good choice.

Another great choice
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to help make a choice in what to build a new deck with. It made the decision so much easier. This sample showed me the quality of the material. It showed me it will last my life time and it showed the color brilliantly. After getting this I put it side side to another sample to pick color. It made it so easy.

Great color and solid plank
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample recently and am leaning towards redoing my dining room in this color and material. The sample would give the dining room a rustic sort of feel to it and become more "homey". The material seems solid and strong which is what we will need since we are on an old foundation. The color and natural look is what sold me on redoing my dining room.

Good quality!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Transcend Island Mist Square edged board. It is a good weight, a great medium gray color, random grooves and would look awesome as a faux wood decor. I love it and would highly recommend to others!

Very durable and color is great
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This decking was super heavy duty. I was surprised at how heavy just the small section I received was. It was very durable which seems like it would for sure hold up nicely in any weather. I also loved the color. It was almost a bluish gray which would look great with the color scheme I am going for with my house. Will definitely have nice curb appeal.
