Delivery was a problem...
Would RecommendDelivery was messed up, we got the wrong items (not what was ordered). We were told the delivery truck would come back that day, it did not. We got no call back and had to call the store (Cookeville, TN) to get answers and pick up delivery details. Our order got here quickly after talking to a manager.

We like them but....
Would RecommendWe recently got our walk out installed with these boards. The only issue that I have noticed is after the installers left, the boards do tend to hold and show dirt easily. At the end of the day we like them and would recommend them.
We appreciate your feedback. The Select boards do have an aggressive pattern which can hold dirt. Please let us know if you need any cleaning recomme... Read More
Use this composite lumber instead of wood.
Would RecommendProduct is FANTASTIC - Easy to cut, easy to install, looks great, and should last way longer than the wood deck boards it replaces. Best of all, it never needs painting. I installed it using the Trex hidden fasteners and these work great. I highly recommend these deck boards and their hidden fasteners. It is heavy but still manageable.

Beware! Quality issues at factory
Would Not RecommendI'm typically not one to write reviews but want to make others aware of our situation: We like the look of the product but about 50% of our received material has a defective groove, where the side wall material is tearing out and was then coated with the grey plastic material. This results in a bubbly look on the top edge of the board; it just doesn't look right. Especially with the long lead times to get the material, it's disappointing to happen given the price you pay; my expectation is a...

Found what I was looking for!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample around a month ago as I was looking for new flooring for my house. I went out as soon as I got the sample and found the right color paint to match the walls and other things necessary to complement the color. I've placed an order and hopefully by the end of spring, I will have new flooring in my house.
