The product was fine, but it took over 2 1/2 months to get it in.
Good product, horrible installer
Would RecommendLowe’s “professional” installers did not know how to work with Trex boards. The boards warped and buckled soon after installation. Lowes did nothing about it. I contacted Trex and sent pictures; they said that the installation was not done correctly. “Professional” installers should know how to follow instructions instructions. Again, Lowes did NOTHING to rectify the situation. My $22,000 deck looks like crap.

Would Recommend2 of the composite boards came on with chips in them. I worked around them. They came in a da late which messes with the contractor. They went down easy and the color was great.

Would RecommendI have three decks made out of trex, the materials just keep getting nicer. One deck is 20 yrs old and never needs anymore than spraying off.
