Would RecommendNo more rotten wood deck stairs for me. I had an easy order, check out and pickup all took one week. product was in great shape; I used a 15% off coupon. Lowes Associate offered to help load into the vehicle, I had to cut to 8 foot lengths to get it into the vehicle, so I brought a portable circular saw and took care of it myself. It was nice that the Associate at Lowes offered to help load the Trex. I installed the product, with the recommended trex screws. All look s great.

Would Not RecommendI ordered Trex so it would match my deck. I got UTD composite boards. The color matches, the wood grain pattern does not. UTD is composite deck boards are also thinner than Trex. So Lowe's once again has messed up. I paid for Trex and didn't get Trex.

Damage
Would RecommendTwo of the 4 were damaged. These are expensive select Trex boards used for top rail on deck. Didn’t see the damage until they were cut and fitted! Obviously damaged in delivery to the store. They were wrapped so we didn’t see the damages.

This is the most mis-managed and unprofessional store I have had the displeasure of working with. Going on 4 times to get one order delivered undamaged and correct and it is still not right. They so called pro staff and managers have screwed this up so bad it is a wonder any contractor work with them.
