What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the product for its clean, polished appearance and seamless integration with deck posts, with most highlighting the aesthetic upgrade and ease of installation. Many appreciate how it hides the junction between post and decking, creating a high-end look that complements railing systems. The two-piece snap design receives positive feedback for simplicity and DIY-friendliness. However, some confusion exists around sizing, as the product fits 4.5" square posts rather than standard 4" sizes, leading to fit issues for certain installations. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it a worthwhile aesthetic upgrade.
