Traps Not Really Reusable

Traps are not reusable after I cleaned them. Same problem as others stated. Very frustrating to only have used them one time. One mouse left it's guts on the trap which was strange; the other two traps had peanut butter residue, so I had not choice but to clean them in warm water. It's inexplicable why the traps stop working. I've used the rat traps before and had no problem, but they are too big to catch mice.

Does not work, mice enjoyed the peanut butter. They avoided the attractant. Its not adjustable to be more sensitive.

Doesn’t work tiny house, barn mice or rats

Sorry, too large for tiny house or field mice & not strong enough to catch or kill rats! They grab the bait & run out, does not snap on these tiny mice. I snapped my pinkyfinger in it, barely noticed it closed; except it was loud. Waste of time & money.

Does Not Work!!!

Bought these and placed them exactly where we were seeing the mice traveling. Followed directions and did not place too much bait on the back of the yellow trigger. The next morning the bait was gone but the traps did not catch the mice. Tried again, with a little more bait and same thing happened. Tried again with different bait - bait gone yet again, but did not catch anything. Tried yet again, multiple times with different baits and amounts and each time bait was taken but no mice caught...

Didn't work as expected

Watch the mice just walk on it and eat the tiny bit of bait they go on their way

Terrible trap

I set the two traps twice with peanut butter and the mouse eat all the bait and the trap never tripped. I had old ones that worked great but after the year they fell apart so I bought new ones.. I went out and bought an electric one we’ll see how that works?

Cheap Trap

Bought a trap to try and kill a rat. Unfortunately once I loaded it with peanut butter I was unable to set it. Made sure to read the three steps. Pressed down with my hand.. nothing. Tried the foot.. nothing. What a piece of junk. Will never by again..

Doesn’t work

Does not work at all.

Purchased this and was skeptical so I set it up right next to a regular snap trap. The mouse ate the peanut butter bait off the tomcat no-touch trap and it didn’t go off at all. And then it immediately got caught in the “regular” snap trap. I followed exact instructions. The snap on this doesn’t feel very strong to me (if you’ve snapped your finger when setting another style trap you understand how it could kill a mouse…but these don’t have that same force) but that didn’t end up being an issue ...

Works beautifully

If the trap won't stay open. Simply shave the stop in yhe back of the trap to allow it to open a little further. Be careful not to shave to much. Caught over 60 mice in our 2 small chicken houses.

Disappointed

Worthless… have used 2 types of their traps with no success. The mice eat the bait and keep on ”dropping”… lots of droppings! No evidence of dead mice to be found. This is my first experience with mice in 35 years and I’m at a loss as to how to remedy the issue.

Won’t Stay in Set Position

I purchased a two pack of these traps, and one worked once or twice and then I was unable to set it. The second one worked maybe a couple of more times, and now I am unable to set it. I even went online to make sure I was following the directions, did exactly like it says, but it will not lock in the open position, no matter what I do.

Save your money and try a different trap

Terrible mouse trap! Bought four traps and none of them would stay open. Waste of time and money. I cannot recommend this product.

Fake

Bought two of these. Both broke after zero uses. The triggering mechanism worked during a test I did on one of them and then failed to keep the trap open for an actual use. A second one did not stay open even for a single test with no bait in it.

Gave Rat Free Meal

The rat had its whole body on top of this trap! Grr

Very disappointed

Just bought 10 traps at a hardware store. Seven out of the ten would not stay open when set. I am returning them all and going with another brand. Very disappointed in this product. The rat sized traps are very reliable and easy to set and use.

Another excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another excellent product. Love the design and the fact that it’s very Sturdy. Had an issue in my garage and using these along with some poison did the job. Definitely will use again over the old fashioned type.

Good alternatives when life traps don’t work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I prefer live traps, sometimes kill traps are the only way to go. I have used them on a couple of occasions for both mice and voles and they are effective and easy to set and use. These work great.
