Would Not RecommendTried this wrap in multiple applications around doors, windows, and flashing. just didn't stick very well in cold temps: 15-40 degrees. might be fine in summer, but don't use it in the winter.

Works pretty good although..
Would Recommend....Although in a few places I really had to rub the tap to get it to stick in 50F weather. I'd come back and a gap would have developed so I had to rub it again. Finally it stuck. might have been due to the cool weather. I checked a couple of weeks later and it seems to be holding.

Excellent waterproof flashing
Would RecommendThis flashing has many uses that isn't listed on the package. It's very easy to use. I've used it when installing doors and windows, but also when creating a seal between new construction.
Jen is awesome!
Would RecommendI went in confused about what I needed to complete a project. Jen from the window department gave me really great customer service by walking me through what I needed and how to use the products. Thanks Jen!

Tire seal 4 inch
Would RecommendHave used this for 8 windows. Seals well in warm weather. However, don’t think you are going to apply it in colder weather unless you have a hair dryer to warm it up. And store it in doors to keep it room temperature. If not, it has the sticking power of a sheet of paper. Once you get it applied, it is waterproof and seals well.

Strong Adhesion
Would RecommendBought this flashing tape to flash around a gas fireplace vent and other various places. The temperature was between 48F and 50F and partly sunny. The tape held fast to wood, plastic and metal, with good adhesion. It was also very flexible.

Definitely not Pella Smart flash
I have used pella smart flash for years. It cost twice as much but will actually stick to lumber and osb . Recently needed a few rolls for a repair and figured I would give this a shot. Will not stick to brand new dry and dust free osb sheathing. I used a roller to press it in. By the following morning it was barley suspended on the sheathing and sagging out of place. I have tried on three windows now and have had the same results.
Worked as advertised
Used around my new garage windows. Material is easy to cut, sticks in place as expected and is relatively flexible depending upon the temperature at the time of installation. I was please with the ease of installation and cost. Will definitely use this again.
thicker than expected
Would RecommendAdmittedly I did not use this to lash the edge. I used it to cover a seam on a rubber membrane roof. It stuck well but its thick and lets water get dammed up pool. If you you use this for flashing it will work as intended.

Great for deck foundation under composite boards!
Would RecommendThis was easy to handle (warm autumn weather) so it rarely adhered to itself. It quickly adhered to the wood surface and stayed in place when moving the boards around. I went out of my way to stick with this brand when I ran out. I hope it protects the foundation but only time will tell...
