Would RecommendSome of our rhododendrons have been struggling, and we received the suggestion to use pine bark mulch. After replacing the bark mulch around them with pine bark mulch, they are doing much better. The plastic bags can be a little fragile, so handle them with some care. Because the bags are stored outside, they can contain quite a bit of moisture, which makes them a bit heavy. The color blends well with the bark mulch we have in the rest of the bed.

Would RecommendI really like the mix of soil to bark ratio in this. I used it to plant my Agapanthus. It's perfect for helping the soil to not become completely saturated. It will also break down and provide nutrients to the soil. I really like the all natural pine bark. I'm moving away from the dyed mulches as they're not good for soil and plants.
