What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this pine bark mulch for its natural appearance, long-lasting durability, and superior weed suppression. Most appreciate the large, chunky nuggets that last significantly longer than shredded alternatives, stay in place even on slopes, and maintain soil moisture without artificial dyes. Reviewers consistently highlight the rustic, decorative look that enhances garden beds and complements acid-loving plants. A small number report inconsistent batches or moldy product, though these are isolated cases. Overall, customers strongly recommend this mulch for its durability and aesthetic appeal.

Would RecommendThis mulch looks great and really improved the appearance of my landscaping. It spread easily, has good color, and has held up well over time. Great quality for the price, and I would definitely purchase it again.

It keeps prevents almost all weeds if it is think enough. The chips decay very slowly, so just top offs are required annually. It looks particularly good when it is new.

Mostly bark shavings
Bought 40 bags and 3/4 of each bag consists of flat pieces of bark. There are not many nuggets. The bark pieces are lightweight and blow away easily and get easily disturbed by squirrels. Because of this, it requires frequent maintenance. If I use this type of mulch again, I will look for true nuggets. Probably will cost more.
2 year old moldy, cotton, waterlogged mulch!
Half of the order (one pallet) was 2 years old! Cotton, moldy mulch that has been kept outside for two years and the store had the audacity to send it to me. I am still waiting for pickup and redelivery of fresh mulch.
