This is a great addition to have. The only thing I wish it had was a replaceable battery.

No more searching for my wallet.

This is great for a person like myself. Always on the move with multiple things to accomplish. I have 3 kids with their hands out all of the time. Now I don't have to waist time looking for my wallet when it wasn't put back where they got it from.

Slim Tile fits perfectly in wallets

Love the concept, and it works well. Fits right in the slots with your credit cards. One problem though: random butt dials. I would redesign the button on this tile to something that is not so easily triggered from pressure within a wallet.. something smaller and recessed should do the trick.

Disappointing experience

A disjointed and lackluster experience so far. The product and idea are terrific but the experience has been really disappointing. A lot of rough edges in the set up and day to day experience, from a clunky app that throws up error messages with no rhyme or reason to systems and processes not working one minute and then doing what they’re supposed to seemingly at random. The whole experience is just unreliable and doesn’t instill a lot of confidence in the goal of the product.

Great Product!

I have enjoyed using my tiles for 5 to 7 yrs now I think. As the wallet tile does not have a replaceable battery, it finally died and quickly replaced it with this. I use it all the time to find where I set my wallet around the house. Always works. Have tiles on all my key rings as well. Great products.

Setup Items

Noted some problems with the system setup...not just for the black billfold device. 1. When I tried to use my email address, I could not use the same PW as my email because the PW requirements are different between gmail and Tile. Gmail does not require a number. Tile does require a number. Finally used my email address with a different PW. Took a bit to understand this requirement as the error messages were generic. 2. Rubbish range

Not enough range. Once you lose the tracker your too away to pick up its signal

Not so good for me.

I was disappointed to learn that the slim can only be made to respond by use of an app. Because I want to attach it physically to my iPhone, this requires purchase of a second Apple device. So it is of no value to me. I am now looking at a Prox PRD.

Slim line- a great gadget for locating personal items.

So far OK but I was only sent replacement batteries for 2 of my units and they are the wrong size. also no notification when the batteries went dead and I couldn't find the tile. :)

Thin it a well thought out systems, it works

Well I have miss place my wallet a few times, your systems works super great, I wear hearing aid, Could use a louder volume, we'll anyway It a great item to have in my wallet, it thin / wallet folds ok, Don't know you have it, it thin, everything works, thanks OldtimerOre

Just what was needed for the location of my wallet. Misplace things occasionally.

We use our tile to track the location of our car when we park it. The location of the tracker does not update regularly so the location is often not correct.

iPad tile

Fab tile additions for my iPad, you can’t sync new iPads like I had my old iPad linked, so I stick it into the case . Bit of a pain when you remove the case
