Goodbye, Back Pain
Would RecommendI've kept having back pain with my previous spring mattress, and with this one, it went away completely. My husband runs hot, and it keeps him pretty cool with the right fitted sheets. It provides great support, and even though it's firm, it does hug the body very nicely.

Would Not RecommendThere's much I like about this mattress. It is generally comfortable with a nice balance of support and ease on pressure points. Sadly, my experience is that it is not cool, as I had hoped. I regularly find myself waking up sweating from the waist down and having to kick off even my light covers. I have called Tempurpedic to see if perhaps there might have been a bunch of mattresses with reports of similar issues, but apparently not.
