Would RecommendI've used this a few times through the years. I really wouldn't recommend laying Self-Adhesive Vinyl Tile without it! They stick much better and stay secure, longer.

Indoor primer
Would RecommendAt first I wasn’t thrilled with it but the more I worked with it, the easier it got. Don’t depend on just one layer covering the tough spots but I found those type spots to be far and few between. I’d use it again now that I know the real product.
