Would RecommendI bought this to seal concrete under peel and stick tiles. It dried a lot faster than expected. Two coats went down and dried very quickly. Just remember, it is mixed with water so a little goes a long way.

Would RecommendI used this on the OSB floor in one of the rooms of my mobile home to prep the floor before putting down lineolum stick tiles. I just used the directions on the bottle to mix the proper amount for the wood floor. It took about 3 days to get to the tacky/sticky point to where I could walk on it barefoot. It was VERY cold so I think that's why it took so long to dry. I had done another room during the summer months and it was dry in 3 hours. I was advised by one of your sales reps to roll this on ...

Would RecommendWe're using it to prime our plywood subfloor for better adhesion for our peel and stick vinyl plank flooring. It seems to do what it is supposed to do. It doesn't seem to cover quite as many square feet as the label says, but maybe or 40 year old wood is just more thirsty than most.

Multipurpose Primer used for peel and stick tile
Would RecommendThe project was a kitchen in a rental house. A concern was if the peel and stick tile would stay in place in a high traffic area. This product had a nice sticky residue that bonded with the peel and stick tile backing. I've never used peel and stick tile but after applying this to the muli surface area, I had much more confidence and the floor turned out beautiful. Only time will tell if it stays in place but it is very secure and appears solid.
