Buy twice what you think you'll need

This stuff worked great on my floor job and was not significantly more difficult to work with than the mortar-based grout I have used with porcelain and ceramic tile. However, I don't know in what universe a quart of this grout will cover what the manufacturer claims it will cover. Based on the information on the container, one quart should have been close to the right amount for my floor, and I was most of the way through my third quart by the time the job was done.

Easy to use

Used in a small bathroom to grout Stainmaster White Waza vinyl tile. Provides perfect color contrast. Utilized 1/8" joints. Application and cleanup made grouting the easiest part of the job.

I needed to buy 30 of these to do my floors - which was costly. Why can't this be available in a larger size???

Forget the Grout

As other reviewers have mentioned this product is much more difficult to work with than grout for ceramic tile. Grout joints for LVT are not deep so wiping up excess has to be done very gently or you'll easily remove have the depth of the grout in the joint. White chunks of pigment were present in my container and I had to redo several areas after removing the pigment blobs. It took around 2 hours to grout a 21 sqft powder room. Next time I'll forget the grout and just lay the vinyl tiles.

Easy to use

Very pleased with how my flooring turned out. The grout was easy to use, easy to clean up, and looks fantastic. I read other reviews that said to use a plastic putty knife for application which was easier than the large grout float, but the float is still needed to get a good finished scrape. Does contract a bit more than I expected when dry. Package didn't specify drying time, so I went with other tutorials' suggestion of 24 hrs before carefully walking and a full 72 hrs for moving furnitur...

Vinyl Grout

I thought this product was going to be great but I was wrong. As the grout dried there were pinholes EVERYWHERE!! Now I have to re-do

Great product

Grout application was easy. Clean up was simple. The finished product looks great and is solid. Overall very satisfied.

Easy to use if you can get it.

Had to order it online because the store does not carry this size, only larger quantities for $30+ The package I received from my online order arrived with the seal broken so the grout was unusable - hard as a rock. Ended up burchasing at Home Depot.

Save your receipt! Extremely inconsistent quality

I'm a very experienced DIYer. We did 4 rooms with LVT. The first room was a different (good!) brand that had been replaced by this one in store. The flooring salesperson said they were basically the same thing, that he thought the company had been bought out or something because the skew numbers were the same. Easy to work!

I like this grout better than some other brands I have used, the residue seems to clean up easier and I like the colors available. Overall a great product.

Perfect for new user

I was looking to remodel the dining and kitchen area QUICKLY for the holidays. This is my first attempt at grouting and worked solo. I worked in small areas and allowed over 24 hrs per section to dry. The color is a bit lighter than I expected but it looks great with the StainMaster Chateau tile. This color was what was matched with it on the in-store sample. My only complaint is that one tub doesn't cover the 100 sq. ft. that it claims to cover. I did use wider than recommended grout line...

Looks great and so easy to use.

Not terrible if it is your only choice

First, I wish this product came in a bigger, cheaper container. That is probably my biggest concern. The product says that it is extremely stain resistant. I am not completely sold on that claim and am a little concerned. I still may seal this product. Was really easy to use. I wish I was asked to give feedback at a later date as my floor was just completed a week ago.

Terrible

Product states 150 ft coverage per container for 12 x 12 tile. I bought the 6 x 24 but was forced to use 3 containers for 180 sf.

Horrible Odor

I purchased this for a bathroom floor remodel project. I wish I would had read the label when I purchased this - it's got quite the odor! The odor permeated our entire house and had to open windows and leave fans running all night for it to dissipate. However, it was the easiest grouting we have ever done!(Thus far have only grouted the area around the toilet as we intend to find something with less odor now) We have done several tiling jobs in our home and decided to install groutable viny...

No stars- absolute junk!

I used this product in my kitchen, with grout able prey and stick tile. I have had to re-grout twice in less than 2 months. This product cracks easily, and fully come out of place. I'm cleaning my flooring with a swifter wet-jet! There are chunks coming up! I have tiled, with both porcelain and peel and stick many times. I have never had these results before. Absolute junk. I will be ripping up the flooring and replacing with porcelain tile.
