Don’t install this 3/16 screw w/ hammer mode on.
Would Not RecommendThe screw head snaps off +1/2 inch, if using a hammer drill to install this screw in wood or concrete. Hammer mode needs to be switched off. Hammer drill is good for drilling concrete of course. Just a DIY guy.

Would Not RecommendWhen using the 5/32 drill bits included the screws would break off in the hole under the slightest pressure. I was only even trying to get them snug! When I used a 3/16 bit the hole was too big. Complete waste of money!!!

Tapcons are the best way I know to anchor something into concrete that has already set. Drill the size hole listed on the package and there should be no problem.
