A waste of my money

The swiffer pad that has all the little fingers once they get wet they go flat. They don’t clean in between tile floors on the grout. They just smear your dirt all over your floor…. I threw mine in the trash, hated it.

Love this mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer makes some products I love and this powermop will now be added to my regular clearing products. It’s lightweight and easy to store and pull out for a quick clean. While I don’t think it will replace a regular mop for me, I do think it’s great for some quick cleaning during the week.

Instructions missing important step

You need to add an important step to assembly! There is a wire hanging out of the bottom pole when you attach the handle to the pole with the foam rubber grip. I had no idea what to do with this. There did not seem to be any clicking pieces inside the white plastic part where you put the cleaner. I had to look it up. You have to tuck the wire into the upper pole and push down hard on the pole into the white part. Please redo your instructions on the packaging to include this very importa...

Won’t work

Mine won’t work. I followed the directions but when I push the button nothing comes out. I put in fresh batteries but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. What else could it be?

Not Good

Love to use swiffer power mop if it works. worked fine hung it up and went to use it and no power. batteries fully charged and still nothing. Use a kit if fix it ideas to no avail. This is why the low rating

Do not buy this item!

I saved up money, did my research, and was really looking forward to my Swiffer power mop purchase. I am a stay-at-home mom with a small child, so keeping my floors clean is very important. I wanted to give this tool the best chance of working well, so I vacuumed my floor thoroughly before using it. Only small dust particles remained, but the Swiffer power walk was not able to pick them up. Good mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used basically every swiffer product under the sun, and I have always loved them, so I was incredibly excited to be offered this product. The mop itself is the most aesthetically pleasing by far, and the new cleaning pads are much thicker and more durable for a thorough clean. The mop itself was slightly challenging to put together, as the cord was hanging out quite a bit from the mop handle and did not want to fit inside. Besides that, ...

Good when it works...just doesn't work long

I loved the power mop as it came highly recommended by my mom. We have two small dogs so we used it daily. The issue is it stopped working. I changed batteries and solution. I tired trouble shooting tips and old girl quit without a notice. I hate to go buy another one already because I've only had this one for a few months. I wish they last longer. I guess my mom's last because she doesn't use hers as much as I use mine.

Attaching?

I really want to use this but I cannot get the bottom pole to attach to the base. The cord is tucked in and I pressed but it doesn’t click. So the mop handle comes off.

The easiest way to clean

I don’t recommend.

I find the power mop less effective than the original wet jet. I don’t care for the new pads I think the original pads cleaned much better and I don’t like the power mop cleaning solution. It leaves an oily looking residue on my floors. I will be throwing the power mop away and sticking with the wet jet. Also, swiffer needs to do better with the latching button that connects the poles together. The last 2 wet jet mops and the power mop their latch slips out of the hole easily and moves around or...

Love love love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was some user error when assembling but otherwise I’m in love with this mop. I dropped the liquid twice in the process so highly durable. Stores easily, and can be broken down if needed. Such a game changer!

have only used once so far

just curious ...my super power mop refills came packed 3 different ways in my kit. There were actually (refills i believe)packed in vacuum packed packages. are all the refills the same or are they all different?

Mop is what I needed. I wish coupon is valid.

I like the power mop. Very disappointed that the coupon that came with mop for purchasing refills is expired a month ago!

Easy to use and fast cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy and seamless to use. It smells amazing and cleans so fast. I don’t need to scrub so hard to get the dirt out of the floor just one or two passes and it is gone

Lightweight Swiffer mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to put together. Lightweight and easy to push around. Did well at cleaning the kitchen tile floor. Dried quickly which is always nice. Not much difference from other swiffers

Other than that I like the mop

Not sure if this is a common problem .The handle piece of my mop that clips into a button hole keeps coming off when I start mopping. Not sure why. Not sure how to fix this. Please let me know very frustrating

Easy and convenient!

This product need more work on it

Bought it a month ago worked great, went to change the cleaning solution, batteries died changed then and nothing. Would not work. Did nothing different from that the instructions told me. Broke before I could really know what it could do. I had my reservations on this product and was right. Going back to the old mop and bucket, no let downs with this
