This product is sub-standard than the blue handle

The blue handle version of the extendable duster was awesome. Been using it for years and now they are not available. Instead these cheap versions are now available. The handle on the blue version was much more ergonomic - this one is stupidly designed. The locking mechanism on the older version was superior. This one does not lock properly. They had a perfectly good product that they ruined.

WHERE ARE THE BLUE EXTENSION HANDLES????

The newer yellow handles are so inferior. Why did you change the design, materials, and color? Did it really save you a lot of money? I'll bet it loses more customers than the money that you saved by cheapening you great product.

Worst product ever

The duster does not stay on the handle! It keeps falling off.... worthless product

Lock jams

The push button on the swivel head locks in the pushed position and the duster just flops around until it finally decides to un-jam itself after playing with it. So annoying every time I use it and I end up using the small handheld version with a step ladder.

Terrible lock

I’ve been meaning to write this review. Though I love the duster, this particular tool is very convenient to use. However, the lock on this extendable handle is terrible. It gets unlocked every 5 seconds. You have to keep locking it. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but it gets really frustrating eventually. Now I am looking for another brand/product to replace it. Swifter needs to work on making a better product with an extendable feature but a better lock.

Cannot keep the duster on the handle!!!!!!!!

Email me a video on how to install these. I cannot find one on this website. You keep telling how easy it is to install and we keep telling you we cannot install it. Do it so the visual learners have a chance to make this work.

I bought this and was so excited. I opened it, and the duster will not stay on the wand. I would really like to get my money back.

Don't use this duster on a weekend because if you need help, as I did, there is no one available to assist until a weekday. The visual instruction on the label for affixing a replacement duster tell you nothing! I've been trying for 15 minutes to figure this out and I'm stymied. Picture looks like it would just slide on the "fork" handle but it doesn't. I'm so disappointed.

Product is not what I need anymore

I loved the duster at one time, not anymore. When I first started using the duster the handles had a type of clip that held the duster on. When I had to buy a new handle I found that the new handles do not have the clip so now when I use the duster it does not stay on handles. Not worth the money now.

I actually love the Swiffer 360 Duster pads they work beautifully it's just the sticks that the dusters go on to that are no good first of all the duster slip off as you're using them and the extender sick breaks in half with a couple uses I've purchased two that have broken. I'm very disappointed with the attachments that go along with them duster 360 pads

Head does not stay inserted

This product is virtually useless. The dusting head does not stay attached when it comes in contact with any obstruction, i.e. the items where the dust is clinging. Furthermore, even when attached the prongs project in a way that they are doing the business which the cloth is supposed to. It is frustrating to use and a complete failure.

Duster head falls off

Even some models that had a little “clip” type thing don’t keep the dusthead on when dusting in tight spaces. I’ve had to put it on (also not easy after it’s in use) multiple times. I’m goung to tape it on from now on. Rethink this please.

hard to put together?????

I noticed several reviews stating the duster would not stay on the handle. I encountered the same thing at first. then I noticed there seamed to be "channels" on each side of the duster that allowed me to " push" the duster onto the handle. seams to be ok now

Poor design

Works ok sideways but it pulls off the handle too easily. Don’t dust anything high or you will be getting out the ladder to get the durn thing out from where it is trapped

Amazing product

I just recently bought this Swiffer and all I gotta say it’s awesome I give it a A+ my room was so dusty and when I used your product omg it did a huge complete process change in my room thank u for your product😊☺️

This product is what I thought was what I needed.

If I could figure out how to get the duster on the I might give it a higher score. I have used 1/2 a box of refills and still can not get it on more than 1/4 of the way. Please send me how to work the refills.

Perfect for my little helper

Good Job but could use some work

Perfect help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with the way the Swiffer 360 trapped dust and dirt. It was so easy for me to use and no need to climb on furniture to reach the top shelves anymore. I am a fairly short person, I really liked the mobility of the duster head for the blinds and ceiling lights. The duster heads are disposable, no washing involved. I would highly recommend this product.

Good for light dusting
