This was so easy! Took about 20 minutes to install 3 of them. The crystal pendant shades were also purchased at Lowes. So pretty.

Great solution
Would RecommendI had two can lights over my dining room table. I thought I would need to hire an electrician to remove them but this product solved the problem. I, a senior female, installed them myself. It took me a while to figure out how to do it. As I was hanging two next to each other I put tape on the wires to mark them so they would be even when I pulled the wires through. There really should be a video to show you how to do it.
