Would Not RecommendHave a furnace switch at the top of the basement stairs, right where you'd expect a light switch to be. Serves it's purpose so we don't turn it off accidentally. But plastic is very brittle, cracked when removing from packaging.

Would RecommendIt works great to stop the accidental on/off movement of the switch, but has a cut out where you can slip your finger in to work the switch if needed.

Perfect for automatic outdoor lights.
We use this to stop the porch light from accidentally being turned off; we installed an LED bulb with it's own light sensor for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation. While the switch is protected from accidental change, you can still easily reach in from the side to change the current setting. The advantage to being clear is that it will go with any color wall plate.
