Would RecommendUsing this in a basement remodel. The basement has flooded before, but we have HOPEFULLY fixed the flooding issue. We used this as its the cheapest thing we could find and dont want to spend a fortune just incase it does flood again. I have put it in a bathroom so far. It looks great. It cuts easy.
