Caution do not buy - poor quality flooring

I was really excited about these floors and had them installed by a professional. These floors are so sensitive to water. Even a little pool of water on them and they bubble up. In winter there are gaps between the boards that it is so noticeable. These also easily scratch and are definently not durable. Within such a short period of time I feel like I need to replace them due to very poor quality.

Hard wood

Almost every end piece of the flooring broke. Lowe’s said it was a bad batch of wood and allowed me to exchange it for another type of flooring with no problem. Wouldn’t siggest this flooring. It was super thin, flimsy, and cheap compared to other flooring for the same price.

It looks great and feels good. I will say it seems to stain easily while cleaning.

Easy to order

Ordered online, received notices by email, picked up order with no trouble. Product was easy to use, looks better than I thought it would, would recommend.

This flooring is not as brown as it looks in the Internet. More gray than brown in real life.

Pass if you have pets or kids

The look is great. On a flat concrete slab with 2mm underlayment you can feel the floor give like its cusioned which isnt horrible. It is only 7mm thin... the laminate top is very fragile. Be very careful when installing, it chips very easily and the tongue and grooves chipped, bent or broke without much resistance. Great flooring to install and beautiful upgrade wi

Our company installed this into a new home and it worked out beautifully for the homeowner she was very pleased with the color Choice she made and with the way our company did such a great job laying it down perfectly. It goes best with lighter colored Cabinets. The sales associate Sharon from the front end customer service was very helpful.

Trash

This flooring is trash. We wanted to get different flooring that we already had to put throughout our whole house but it wasn't in stock. It was cheaper in price than this product and it is 1000x better quality wise. This stuff is annoying to put together. Many pieces were damaged in the boxes. The corners chip, if you drop anything it chips and scratches. Dont waste your money. I wasted 3k on this garbage.

This is the absolute worst flooring we have dealt with. It is horrible to install. Horrible quality. Horrible horrible horrible. The flooring chipped the first day it was installed. It is worth it to spend the extra money and buy QUALITY flooring from another brand. I’m surprised they even charge this much for this flooring because it’s THAT BAD.

We luckily bought this at .49 per sqft when it went on sale to get some type of flooring in our house after replacing the flooring on the entire first floor. It went together really easy and cut nicely with a laminate blade. The initial install looked amazing and we were happy with the results. DO NOT BUY

This floor looks great for about a week, smallest amount of water and it starts to swell. The interlocking on the floor is terrible. It does not matter what you do. Do not buy this floor, spend the extra money!!!!

Wood flooring

I ordered online wasn’t sure what I was going to expect or color when I got it I love the color the wide planks easy to work with, it made our room so much bigger and it went beautifully to my fireplace!

Flooring

We purchased this for our upstairs bedroom areas and hallway. The installation went well and the floor looks beautiful. The plus was the excellent deal we purchased the flooring for less than half the price per square foot. We are very pleased with our decision to use this flooring.

Laminate separates

We got about 400sq ft of this laminate for the kitchen and let it acclimate for about four months. We followed the directions with install but after about a year we started getting some separations in the laminate joints and we are now up to about 20 separations. There has been no water damage. My husband was able to click it back together a couple of times but that is no longer effective. We love the color and the feel of the floor but we're very disappointed with the cosmetic outcome.

Pros: 1. Cost effective. We got these on sale for $0.49/sqft 2. Looks good Cons: 1. Cheap and thin laminate 2. Some defective pieces in some boxes 3. Not water resistant Overall, I would not recommend this for a primary home.
