What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the flooring's visual appeal and affordability, with many noting it looks expensive despite its low cost and transforms spaces beautifully. Installation is widely reported as straightforward, even for first-time DIYers, requiring minimal tools and no special skills. However, a substantial minority report serious durability issues, including planks that splinter, separate, or fail to stay locked together, with some experiencing swelling and damage from minimal water exposure. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the aesthetic value worthwhile, though some regret their purchase after encountering structural failures.

Would Not RecommendThis flooring looks nice but this won’t last long because the ends break far to easy. I had this professionally installed but so many pieces broke and they are chipping already. You will at the very least waste a box or two with this flooring. I haven’t even had it a week yet and I spend a lot of money on the install. Please don’t let the looks fool you like they did me. Trying to save your money and heartache
Very Friendly at Spring Hill
Would RecommendStill in Boxes for at least 6 months to a Year . Just bought it because they had enough for the Whole House in the Same Lot .

Doesnt hold up.
Would Not RecommendThis was already installed in my house that I purchased last year. It seperates, bends and buckles the second you spill anything on it. It may look very nice, but is not at all durable or made to last especially with pets or children.
good for the price.
Would RecommendLocking mechanism was not the best it was very hard to get the click. Chips very easy when installing. Also be very careful you dont push it in to far it will bend up. Over all its a good product for the price you pay.
