I brought this bench about a month ago. I had to exchange it because it was uneven. (One bench side was 3/4 off. The other side was a inch off. ) i received the exchange and it's defective . I spoke with a online representative, who was not knowledgeable about returns , her interpersonal skills were awful, she put me on hold several times , i was on the call for 35 minutes. Yes to the tables & No to the assembly

So i order 2 picnic tables and selected them to be assembled. I placed the order at 10pm and at 6am I got an email that my order was ready for pickup. The problem is when i arrived the ones that were assembled had been sitting in the parking lot for weeks and did not look like new tables. Plus it had rained the night before and we were going to paint them. So I had to get unassembled ones and build them my self. This is the 2nd Lowe's this happened at.

I purchased a pair of these picknick tables and they have done what they were intended for, paint one blue and one green, grandkids love them, adults have enjoyed themselves playing cards,

With minimal sanding required, this picnic table is a great addition to our back yard. Young children have already sat and painted pretty pictures on it. Family has come over to eat pizza picnic meals. We are in the process of painting it with sealant to better keep it in the family for years to come.

The price on this table was fantastic. Buying the individual materials to build this myself would have almost cost as much as this finished table.

Purchase in store to see quality vs buying online

This was just delivered and the quality is subpar There are CHUNKS missing in several spots of this table. They definitely selected the nastiest looking one to send to me. There are pics from the underside I noticed when the delivery team (excellent men by the way) that I saw but couldn’t get to my phone before they left. I’m very disappointed even for just the $100.

My friend and neighbor went to Lowe's to look for some pretty flowers and plants. There were assembled wood picnic tables on sale outside the store entrance. I had been wanting to get one to replace a similar table that i had to discard. We entered the store and immediately came upon a beautiful patio set. It was also on sale. Horrible experience. Missing item when delivered

Horrible experience they deliver the picnic table with no hardware or instruction manual and costumer service wants us to bring the whole picnic table back to the store for a refund. We paid 79 dollars for it to be delivered to our house so we do not have to carry it home. Now the picnic table is missing the hardware which is not our fault it is Lowe’s fault for delivering the order with a missing part. Now we are the ones who needs to suffer and bring the heavy picnic table back to their store ...
