One of the Best Pitcher

It is a Must product for every kitchen. Edges are soft. Handle has solid grip.

Lid cracked fast - very wimpy

Like the shape as it fits in the fridge well, like the heavy duty gallon pitcher itself, but the lid cracked within a few uses - the plastic is wimpy right where it shouldn’t be - the area you push on to open the round lid to pour. It leaks as you pour. Can’t find a replacement lid anywhere.

Great. Except...

We absolutely love these. The only problem we've had is when the lids break, and they inevitably do when you've been using them for more than a decade, replacing the lid seems to be impossible without replacing the entire pitcher, as well. If replacing pieces were possible we'd give it 5 stars.

Great for summer get togethers

I have two of these containers and they are perfect for parties and get togethers. I keep one for sweet and the other for unsweet tea. The lids are tight and there is not leakage. I have actually had one fall on it's side and had no leaks! I also like that when you pour out beverages, it does not drip down the side. Great product!

My Favorite Pitcher

This pitcher is sturdy and durable but the lid isn't too hard to remove or open up for pouring. The shape is great for fitting in the fridge while being a bigger pitcher. It has ml and oz markings, making it easy to mix drinks in. I love the frosted look and teal lid.

Great pitcher especially for icy or fruit herb dri

I love making lemon water in this with lots of ice and mint. It’s great you can just use the flip top and then none of it gets in due to the strainer in the spout.

My son's favorite

My son loves this pitcher to make his drink mixes in. He's been using the same pitcher for years and won't allow me to use it to make juice mixes. This pitcher is durable and has withstood a lot over the years. From him mixing lemonade, scraping the bottom over and over to him taking it to school so that his friends can taste his kool-aid and the numerous amount of washes it's been through, it's still as durable as it was the day I purchased it. Quality of the item is excellent its a great experience using sterilite product Highly recommended.

What happened to these?

We had the blue lid version for years, they were fantastic. The container fits well in the refrigerator and has a slim design. Nothing lasts forever so it was time to get new ones. We bought five new ones and frankly cannot be more dissatisfied. The lids do not fit tightly! Imagine the surprise when you go to pour a drink and the entire lid falls off, spilling the liquid everywhere. These are going into the recycling bin.

The best pitcher

I have several of these pitchers. They are the very best for the money. The only problem is the lids. They break. I can't find a place to buy replacement lids and that saddens me because I would like to keep using my pitchers but without lids, there's no point. My oldest of these pitchers is probably more than 15years old. I am currently using it to water the out door cats. If I had a lid, I would use it for the humans in my family.

Great shape and multiples fit well in our fridge

We love these pitchers and use several a day. The only problem is the lids breaking or failing. I have about 20 without lids. Would love to get replacement lids for them!

Had for years

Had this one for years for water. favorite feature is that it is narrow. It is not big and round taking up awkward space in the fridge. After so many years the lid cracked in the same spot as I see others have. And the tag in the back of the lid broke early on. But still kept it for years as it fits great in the fridge. Throwing out lid. But keeping container. It's in great. condition for storing something.

Favorite Pitcher

I bought my first pitcher about 18 years ago. I used it for several years. Very durable, perfect for water. Yesterday I got a new one, I hope it last years again.

Lid cracked after just 3 months of use

Purchased this pitcher about 3 months ago to replace an older pitcher that cracked too. The first one was a few years old when the tab on the back of the lid cracked and came off. This one is doing the same except much sooner. I have always washed by hand with Dawn dish soap. It has never been put in a dishwasher. The container part has never been the problem, it's is always the lid.

Can I buy replacement lids for the pitchers? I have trouble with the lids cracking and then leak out when pouring.

horrible use

Trash, utterly garbage. This pivot top spout is not easy to use. when i push i takes all my energy and if filled all the way up it could spill when i push the top.

reliable and sturdy

this is my daily drink pitcher for my family of 5. it's sturdy and reliable. dishwasher safe. can handle all sorts of kid hands tugging on it. we wash it every third day in the dishwasher and replace it every five or six years after daily use. not that it breaks down, just the seal is a little leaky after so much use. they haven't changed the product much in the 15 years we've been using it. it's reliable and does what we need it to.

Leaking

I bought this a month ago at most. All i have done is make kool aid in it. There is a hole that came up and all my kool aid and sugar and filtered water is literally going down the drain.
