What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this mailbox for its sturdy construction, attractive black finish, and straightforward installation. Most highlight exceptional durability and build quality, with many noting it feels substantial and built to last years. The sleek design enhances curb appeal, and customers appreciate that assembly requires no special tools and includes all necessary hardware. The tight-sealing door and extra capacity accommodate packages effectively. A few report minor manufacturing flaws or internal space concerns, but these are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and repeat purchases.

Disappointed, but what to do ?
This is not the great mailbox, that Step2 once sold. I have had two “Mailmaster Plus” boxes prior to this one, and Step2 has definitely digressed. I can’t, for the life of me, figure out why they would have changed the way the top and the base are put together. We love Step 2 mailboxes.
We love Step 2 mailboxes. This is our second one. The 1st one door was broken off and we replaced the door and magnet, but it just never held like the original. So, I bought a new one.
