What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this mailbox for its sturdy construction, attractive black finish, and straightforward installation. Most highlight exceptional durability and build quality, with many noting it feels substantial and built to last years. The sleek design enhances curb appeal, and customers appreciate that assembly requires no special tools and includes all necessary hardware. The tight-sealing door and extra capacity accommodate packages effectively. A few report minor manufacturing flaws or internal space concerns, but these are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and repeat purchases.

Would RecommendI bought this mailbox to replace the same type of a different color. Very sturdy and lots of room and accessibility. Assembly was simple. Closed compartments keep out the weather. Should have bolts on both sides but good overall.

We had a step 2
We had a step 2 mailbox for years that was still looking practically new until someone hit it w their car. Because our old one held up so well and I liked the look and sturdiness of it, I looked for the same kind when I needed to replace it. It’s a quality mailbox!

Lowe’s is trash
Mailbox is fine but Lowe’s sucks. This was bought with a gift card because I couldn’t get a refund from them.

A Functional Mailbox that Adds Curb Appeal
Would RecommendJust purchased this mailbox to replace a 37-year-old "set of mailboxes" (including two newspaper boxes) that are all attached to a rusty steel pole.
