[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to use the lid when baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately now I have to cover the casserole dish with foil. I also have the staub brassiere, it has the same lid and I have used it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit…no problem….are the knobs made from different material?
