Perfect for many meals not only brie!

I originally got this "brie baker" for brie but have found that I use it for much more than that. As I'm generally cooking meals for one or two these days, this baker is perfect for small roasts or cuts of meat - also really good results with vegetables. It is also beautiful enough to use as a serving bowl for side dishes, etc. I might need to buy another one as this item has proven to be super useful in the kitchen.

Nice, but not perfect

Very versatile

I had to purchase it, I just got it this afternoon and can’t sit to use it. I’m sure you can use it to bake artichoke/spinach dip, it’s gona be quite versatile for small appetizers that need to bake!… super cool!
