Not leakproof
3 times I have used this travel mug, and I really wanted to like it. In each case it has leaked all over my backpack. I thought the first time was clearly my fault, the second time I questioned whether I was sealing it properly. But the third time I made sure everything was secure, and it still leaked from the top. And it's not like I was throwing it around into my backpack, it's sitting vertically, so it shouldn't spill at all. Also, it dents very easily. Just placing (not dropping) my backpa...
