What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning appearance, rich colors, and natural wood look that enhances their spaces. Most find installation straightforward and easy, appreciating lightweight boxes and clear instructions. Many report strong durability in high-traffic areas with pets, noting waterproof qualities and scratch resistance. However, some experience significant difficulties with the plank locking mechanism, requiring forceful tapping or repeated adjustments. A few report quality inconsistencies including damaged corners and scratches upon arrival. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the product excellent value and recommend it.
