What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, natural wood look, and rich tones that elevate spaces. Most find installation straightforward and intuitive, requiring no special tools beyond a saw. However, some report frustration with the plank locking mechanism, noting planks require firm tapping to join properly and occasionally separate after installation. A few mention damaged planks or inconsistent coloring between boxes. Despite these quality concerns, most customers consider the product worthwhile for its beautiful appearance and relative ease of installation.
