Would RecommendFirst, I am a newbie at diy. Many videos and research before tackling this project. Second, I bought this product from a local auction (no pad attached). I was hesitant that I might just hate the color once installed, since it's multi (Forrest City Pine). Third, I did this alone (450 sq ft). Demo, self leveling subfloor, and install. Lastly, I LOVE IT! Did it take forever? Yes. Did I smash a finger and/or pinch the skin on my forearms between some planks? Also yes. Yet, I sit here with a smile ...
DO NOT BUY
Would Not RecommendGarbage product. They dont lay flat, and are not square. They lock not flush with the floor. I tried to weigh them down and deal with it when I should have just loaded'em up and returned them. Half a room later I noticed that the earlier rows popped apart and left gaps. Started over. Same thing.

Big disappointment
Would Not RecommendThis project is terrible. Doesn’t lock no, chips easy and overall a nightmare to work with. After sending a detailed message to Lowe’s I never even received a courtesy call back. To add to it after spending over a thousand dollars on this floor. When I got my bill I was charged 2.00 to get a paper bill in the mail. Don’t buy Stain Master flooring and don’t expect Lowe’s to worry if their product isn’t quality. Worst home improvement project we’ve ever done!
