Would Not RecommendThe quality of this flooring is not good. I thought I was getting a good deal on some discontinued flooring... but I think the quality of the product is why it was reduced for clearing.... The installers had very difficult time with the product. It chips super easily and was hard to get cut and fit in place..... I am super sad as I just wasted over $500 dollars and can't afford to do this over......

Would Not RecommendIt is heavy material but too weak at the same ti.me. It killed too of my saw disc, material is mixed with so.e kind of metal. Skin of the laminate is too weak, when you try to join the laminate, skin sometime spells. Do no recommend 😕

Nothing bold and drastic but enough contrast to have a muted pattern. Most of the planks still look good a year and a half later. But the planks by the back patio door are stained from people walking in from the backyard. We have mopped and mopped and there is a clear line when you pick up the back door mat.
