What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the carpet's thick, plush feel and durability, describing it as luxurious underfoot and noting it withstands foot traffic, pets, and children well. Stain resistance is highly valued, with reviewers highlighting how easily spills clean with mild soap. The neutral tones enhance room brightness and complement decor beautifully. However, many express serious frustration with installation experiences, citing damaged baseboards, excessive waste, and unmet promises. Additionally, several report color mismatches between samples and delivered product, along with misleading sales information about rebates and specifications. Despite these service issues, most customers consider the carpet itself excellent quality and worthwhile.

The manager, Richard, was fantastic!
Would RecommendThe product is top notch; however the color you have on this review is inaccurate. It should be Glacier.

This carpet is NOT Orange or Rust colored.
Would RecommendI put the best pad under it and I love the feel of the carpet. One comment on the color, Orange Oxide. I was expecting kind of a rust color, it is actually a cinnamon brown color which is very attractive and an interesting color. Lowes should stock a large sample of these carpets. The lit 3" by 6" sample on the board is very misleading.
