Would Not RecommendI purchased Stainmaster Carpet from Lowes. There were two problems: 1) There was a 15% rebate sign over the carpet samples which said the Stainmaster Carpets had a 15 % rebate. On the website there is a very detailed list of the carpets that the rebate applied to, which was not the carpet I purchased. The rebate sign was over the carpet sample and the sales person told me that the rebate applied to the carpet I was purchasing. Missed lead on who moves the furniture by Lowes
Would Not RecommendWe bought the carpet. Arrange to have the furniture moved and when the installers showed up Eclipse the refuse to move the furniture. The installation company Eclipse wanted us to move the beds and dressers. We told them it was part of the contract and they refused to install the carpet until we moved the furniture. Would Not RecommendProduct is fine. Sales associate lied to me at time of purchase. Sold me 204 sqft for a room that was only 156 sqft. She said that is the way it is. I asked the installation company and they said they dont need that much overage. Spent over 200$ more for the carpet that ended up list going in the garbage. Buyers beware.
