Seed Does Not Germinate!
Would Not RecommendUsed to overseeded bare areas in lawn as well as seeded areas with new soil. Virtually no germination anywhere despite raking areas to be seeded and properly watering over a period of 30 days. Seed bag indicates product is guaranteed by Rose Agri-Seed, Inc Oregon, but does not have a website or contact info to review the guarantee or file a claim.

Would RecommendCame back home from a business effort. My roommate or the person cutting my grass gave a d*** about my lawn. I did one aeration, dropped some seed and layed some soil fertilizer on top. I made sure I watered. It took a while for the seed to grow. I also didn't kind late in the season. I put down fertilizer last fall, early spring and late spring. Fortunately, the DMV has had a lot of rain. I don't know how it will hold up in the July/August summer heat. Would RecommendI came across this grass seed on clearance for only $2.99 per 7lb bag. Surprisingly it did not appear to be old stock, the tested date was just a few months ago so it is fresh seed.
