Good product!
Would RecommendFound this soil to be quite satisfactory for filling in areas of my gardens. It had bits of uncomposted mulch and such, but all in all I was pleased with the quality of this soil.

Poor Quality Control - Don't waste your money
Would Not RecommendI bought 2 bags of this "soil" for my weekend project. The first one contained rich black looking soil with bright emerald green granules of slow release fertilizer. When I dumped the 2nd bag into my bed, it was nothing more than dry, coarsely shredded mulch with no evidence whatsoever of any fertilizer. Competitive

This soil has natural nutrients and fertilizer. It is also loose, with wood pieces, allowing the soil to retain fresh water after planting rather than dealing with expensive peat moss. And, the texture is perfect to leave as is at ground level and not use any mulch (which is the biggest ...

Not True Soil.
Would Not RecommendThis isn't real soil. It's manufactured soil. It appears to be roughly 1/3 mulch, 1/3 ash, and 1/3 steer manure. The mulch just serves as filler. They might as we'll fill the bag with 1/3 styrofoam. The picture of the fine particle black dirt is a complete misrepresentation. I was duped.
