What Customers Are Saying
The Sta-Green Flower and Vegetable Garden Soil has received mixed reviews. Some customers report excellent results growing plants, while others have experienced significant issues, including the soil containing excessive non-soil materials, drying out quickly, and containing contaminants like mold and insects. When used properly, such as mixed with other soil amendments, the soil can provide a suitable growing medium for certain plants. However, customers should carefully inspect each bag and be prepared to amend the soil as needed.

Would RecommendThe young man who loaded all this was a joy! Thank you. As we just filled a garden bed and planted some seeds we do not know how it will work out yet, but seems to be great soil and compost.

First bags were great, then awful
Would Not RecommendThe first 6 bags I bought were fabulous, then I purchased 6 more. They were terrible! The soil was moldy and in huge clumps that were like light brown peat moss and moldy. I was using this product as a top dressing for my beds and wanted a dark brown like the first six bags. This was difficult to break up and looked terrible.
garbage

Wish I had Read Reviews...
Would Not RecommendI usually do my due diligence and read reviews before making a purchase. Nothing is growing in this "soil"! Herbs that thrived last year have barely sprouted 1 month later, and the veggie sprouts look sick and weak. I used different soil for thr potatoes and they are outgrowing their container.

Great products for the price
Would RecommendLiked-good rich soil to use in our raised beds. Disliked- majority of rhe bags available in store were already ripped open and soil was lost from them.
