Bought these to use for metal only drilling. My Kobalt gold old drills were sharper and faster . Returning these. Nice look and style but no function. Don't buy this .

Garbage

I earned this set with my pro points. I was drilling a hole into a soft material and the bit broke off into my material within seconds. I believe it may have been cracked prior to use from the manufacturer. I reached out to a Lowe's rep who states there is no manufacturer warranty and nothing Lowe's can do to help. $8,000 in Lowe's purchases in the last 6 months and they won't replace a cheap bill set? Disappointed.

I had Purchased this in a Gift set Online for the Sale Price that was listed during the Holidays. My Local store said there were at least 6 in stock at this location yet couldn't find the gift set. So I Ordered online ONLY to receive Out of Stock and asked if I wanted to cancel. Funny No other Local store had them Before Christmas. I used to work retail and surmise by the store broke open the gift set in order to resale at regular price and NOT the Sale Price. The Regular stock increased by the ...

Not a good value for the price, subpar.

The smaller bits broke before they even started cutting. The next size up was dull from the start.

Drills Bits

Works really good

I watched a video on a review and figured i buy the kit for myself to try it. It works well, as long as the correct pressure is applied. If not. Then you will break these bits as i did for one of mine. Use an oil to help drill and apply low speed and the bits will work. I drilled through a 1/4 inch piece of steel and it drilled well.

Works great on metal

Cuts right through metal. I used the drill bits to install a door closer on a metal door. I was very happy with how nicely the bits performed

Broke On The First Use!

I was using the 10 pc set for the first time on a piece of metal and the connection from where it goes into the drill/impact came apart from the drill bit! No wonder there is no warranty!

very sharp awesome but has an achilles heels

it's on par with the solid titanium core dewalt drill bit but it's sharper and lasts longer..but seems either there is a defect or quality issues. the shank would just come apart from the body..its like cheap metal or glued together...This happened to 4 of the drill bits and made it unusable. can't they make one piece?

Great value drill bits

Great drill bits at a good price. The case is a little annoying and I wish it had a space for the 1/2” drill bit. But other than that they work really well. I’ve been trying to abuse them (at work) to see how much they can take and they have held up really well. I’ll definitely buy more sets. I’ve recommended them to several of the guys at work already. Definitely worth the price

BEST DRILL BITS I'VE EVER OWNED!

Great set of drill bits, I had to drill out some 1/2in diameter hard steel rivets. After destroying 3 sets of cheap drill bits, I went to Lowes & bought me this set along w/cutting oil. What a difference! drilled thru those rivets like butter. Will definitely be using this brand from now on.
