Exactly as described. Keeps water from foundation
It is what it seems. I screwed in it my gutter so it wouldn’t slide around. Keeps water from near my foundation.

Excellent quality at a great price.
Bought these about a month ago to deflect water from a new boat barn. Unfortunately it has not rained since they were bought. However they are staked down and the high winds have not budged them.
