I bought this to help push water away from my foundation when the previous seller removed the downspouts. This has worked great for me to be able to move water many feet away from my foundation. What I really enjoy is the fact that these can be interconnected to make this 6 feet, 10 feet, and even 15 feet if you really need it so that water doesn't infiltrate into the basement highly recommend this product

Same good quality for the new larger downspouts
I install these on all my downspouts, to direct the rain to the plants that need it most. I just had new gutters added, so had to buy the larger size to fit the new 6" downspouts out front. My older 5" gutters on the back are still good, along with their same extenders.

Excellent Rain Gutter diverter
Would RecommendI bought this because I had a problem with the rain gutter leaking and backing up. This item solved the problem by providing a true connection which I then connected to a flexible drain hose, thereby diverting the flow of water. I would recommend it.
