Would Not Recommendaccidentally blew a fuse (my fault). Searched high and low for replacements. new fuses cost almost as much as a new meter. ONLY available on the internet. Customer service rep i spoke with was rude and unprofessional.

Southwire Sent me a new one!
Would RecommendLike a dummy I tried reading DC voltage. Contacted Southwire stating it did not work and they sent me a new one. I am embarrassed but surprised they did that. Both units work just fine.

Would RecommendBought this pack to help find out what was causing all my outlets in a room to not work. The gfi detector pointed to an open neutral issue and the wand helped verify there was no live current. All in all inexpensive product that works great.
