Would RecommendFirst two shipments came in with beautiful grass. This last one it looks like it’s dying with mostly yellow grass. Hope it survives.
Sod pods
Would RecommendRepeat customer the spring pods filled in beautifully healthy on arrival & pushed out runners within 2 weeks. For the fall/winter this order was placed on Thurs arrived super fast on Saturday!! Fingers crossed for over winter & spring success.
Hearty and Healthy
Would RecommendI bought St. Augustine plugs that we planted almost 3 weeks ago, and they have doubled in size. Planted under a tree area at a townhouse, it's a hearty grass, which is what we needed. They shipped timely and arrived healthy.
Fine plugs, but the 32-count felt small
Would RecommendThe plugs themselves were fine — healthy looking and usable. Texture and color looked decent out of the box. The main issue was quantity: the plugs were on the small side, so a 32-count pack doesn’t cover as much as you’d expect. Establishment will just take more packs and more time than I planned.
Poor Quality
Would Not RecommendI ordered 64 St. Augustine Palmetto plugs on-line and had them delivered to my home. They looked horrible like they were diseased. Blades were yellow, tan, or brown. The roots looked poor. I had good success with this vendor last year. But was very disappointed in this order. But good old Lowe’s allowed me to return them to our store for a credit. I will not order these again.
Bad delivery
Would Not RecommendApparently, one of the boxes had broken at the store, and they just threw all the sods into a box. The other box came, and because the big box was thrown on top of the other box it also broke. All of my sods look horrible. I had a couple weeks ago had a delivery of the sods from the same company and they were beautiful. These look absolutely horrible. We are too old to repackage them and take them back to the store and I tried to call the store and we just get put on hold. I buy a lot from Lowe’...
16 of the pods were not St Augustine
I have purchased these sod pod trays several times over the past few years, slowly converting my yard from Bahia to St Augustine. Generally, I have been perfectly satisfied with the product. However, this box of 4 trays (8 pods each) came with half of the pods clearly something other than St Augustine. I ended up discarding 16 of my 32 pods.

Would Not RecommendWe bought a batch for filling in May. Had additional needs for more, so got another batch in June. the latest pods are terrible. Full of weeds and not the same St. Augustine we planted previously. Unable to take it back after it's planted. Very disappointed in the quality. Do not recommend!
Sod plugs
Would Not RecommendI never received my product after I paid almost $80 for them. I want them sent to me. They were supposed to be at my home on the 19th of June.
