OK for the cost
I didn't care for the ability to telease tension in a controled manner, or the sensitivity to binding if the long end and tail were not held very parallel, but for 11 bucks it did what I needed it for (temporarily securing a dock in the wind). A cable come along might have been better for my needs.

Would Recommend...tie down strap. Picked up a pair to strap down neighbors mini-excavator to a uhaul we rented. Excavator weighed 2500lbs. No problems encountered. Worked great.
