What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these ratchet tie-down straps for exceptional strength and durability, with many successfully securing heavy loads like motorcycles and appliances. The 14-foot length, Velcro fasteners, and storage case are frequently highlighted as valuable features. Most find them easy to ratchet and tension. However, a notable group reports critical failures with the release mechanism, describing it as stuck, misaligned, or broken after minimal use, making cargo removal difficult. Despite this significant drawback, most customers still consider them reliable and worth purchasing.

Great holding power. Difficult to release tension. Should be able to release with a one handed pull. Took 2 people to release straps that had a little more tension than I wanted. Used as hold downs for pool cover.

Tighten the handle bolts before using!
Screw that holds the handle together fell out and I supposed bounced down highway the first time I used the set.

Worst strap ever. Avoid at all costs.
Would Not RecommendThis ratchet strap has a serious flaw. They work once and then wont release. Not fixable. Plastic parts along with terrible design. Mine are being trashed tonight after looking closely at them in the shop.

Straps worked fairly well.
Would RecommendProduct was easy to use. Held the cargo in place. Only concern is how narrow the straps are. It puts the pressure in one spot verses a what a little wider strap would. Still was a good product.

Package/straps looked new but Ratchet showed decay
Would Not RecommendRatchet metal showed decay (like it had been weather exposed) only seen that when the release would not work, the package & straps looked new. Had to return it.
