Ratings & Reviews for SMARTCORE Mandalay Marble 12-mil x 12-in W Waterproof Click Lock Marble look Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring ( 15.71-sq ft Carton )

Great price but not great locking mechanisms

I purchased 2 boxes of this flooring. The first box someone else installed and I hated it. The second box was this marble like flooring. It looks great but I'm disappointed in the locking mechanisms between planks.

Garbage LVP

This 'luxury vinyl tile' is laughable. It's cheap and the quality and durability is commensurate with the price. If you want quality that will last invest in a better and more expensive LVP manufacturer. I redid my kitchen and followed the installation instruction to the letter. The Smartcore LVP locking system failed within 6 months and now there are noticeable gaps between the tiles. I used the more expensive Pergo LVP in my bathroom and and no gaps between the tiles whatsoever. Stay clear o...

RUN away from this product

This product says it is easy to install. It is not. I even hired a professional to install and he could not get to stay together. The locking lip on the long side of the board will not stay locked and the tiles start separating all over the floor. I have to scrap the project. I would give this a zero if it were an option

about 1/3 of the flooring will not stay locked

Bought this flooring because it looked nice. Installed it in the kitchen but about a third of the tiles would not stay locked together. The floor is concrete and ultra flat. Had to use the setting block several times to keep them together but ultimately they would unlock ans separate again.Ended up using E6000 to seal the joints. Was going to use this tile in the bathrooms but returned it to Lowe's. Bought and installed a different brand for the bathrooms, without any installation problems. Don...

DIY friendly

This tile is extremely easy to install and looks amazing when complete.

Looks like real marble with non of the upkeep !

looks better installed than I imagined. It is not slippery. So gorgeous. I love it. So easy to clean. Just use water.

Fabulous for my sunroom

Looks fabulous in my coveted screen porch to sunroom. Pattern is subtle but nice!

I bought Mandalay marble flooring and I regretted

I bought this junk flooring over a year ago, it cost me over $3000 few months later it’s starting getting scratches and the lock getting loose. Since then I tried so hard to get the warranty replace the bad flooring but nothing happened. Stay away from this it’s just a trash.

Beautiful

Beautiful flooring. Be mindful that the measurements of tile are not an even number.

Looks great but it is delicate.

It looks great but I realized really fast that it is delicate. I had it installed in my bathroom and within days I found scratches which makes me hesitant to put in my mud room as planned. It is softer and warmer than the tile I replaced.

Latest batch has BAD quality control problems

Be sure you examine each tile/board carefully -- there are a LOT of cracks and other defects in the visible surface of this flooring, even though the boxes it was packaged in was flawless. I ordered four boxes of this flooring and picked them up today. I returned one box immediately because it looked like a forklift had hit the box and you could see the tiles inside were damaged. The other three boxes were pristine on the outside packaging. When I got them home, exactly half the boards either h...

Poor locking Mechanism

Marble look

I love the look of this floor but needs to be cleaned everyday so keep that in mind, Shows if a hair is on the floor. If you drip water it turns into a dirty spot. The kitchen needs constant cleaning. We have it on the summer room that is easy to keep clean.
