What Customers Are Saying
The SmartCore Ultra Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring is generally considered a high-quality and visually appealing product that is easy to install. Customers praised its durability, waterproof nature, and attractive appearance, finding it to be a significant upgrade from previous flooring options. However, some customers experienced issues with the locking mechanism, reporting that the planks would come apart over time, especially in high-traffic areas. There were also concerns about inconsistent coloring and quality control, with some customers receiving defective or mismatched planks. While the majority of customers were satisfied with the product, potential buyers should be aware of the reported quality control and durability concerns.

Would RecommendSnaps together well. Definitely have an installation kit for the spacers and tools to tap the planks together tight. Be patient and ensure the locking edges are clear of dirt and debris.

Great Flooring
Would RecommendThe possible color and pattern possibilities were the main reason we purchased this style. However, but perplexed to find out the “lower” than expected darker colored tiles actually available out of the 45 cartoons.

BUYER BEWARE! Beautiful color—DEFECTIVE!
Would Not RecommendThis is such a beautiful color. It was exactly what we were looking for after months of searching. We started to install it and noticed we were having some gaps. We used a mallet—recommended by Lowe’s and tapping block. Still have gaps. We watched videos. We tried several different pieces together…STILL have gaps. We installed a whole room and there were SO many gaps between planks. After looking at the planks side-by-side, they just seemed to not piece together. We would get one side slid in a...

I've done 2 large rooms with this product, still have 5 boxes left over for the 3rd and final room. Unfortunately, it has been unavailable/out of stock for over a year. I'm stuck with one concrete room.. worst part it's the guest room.
Looks real
Would RecommendLooks real, well built, locks together well, good traction.
