What Customers Are Saying
The SmartCore Ultra Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring is generally considered a high-quality and visually appealing product that is easy to install. Customers praised its durability, waterproof nature, and attractive appearance, finding it to be a significant upgrade from previous flooring options. However, some customers experienced issues with the locking mechanism, reporting that the planks would come apart over time, especially in high-traffic areas. There were also concerns about inconsistent coloring and quality control, with some customers receiving defective or mismatched planks. While the majority of customers were satisfied with the product, potential buyers should be aware of the reported quality control and durability concerns.

Great product!
Would RecommendI actually had partially put down another product that was not snapping together properly and not staying in place to put down this product. Although not a professional, I have installed laminate flooring in many of my homes over the years and never had such a hard time with the initial flooring that I purchased. This product went together very well with a tapping block and a joining piece, cut very cleanly, and so far has been an excellent choice.

Would Not RecommendThe product looks nice but it is pretty annoying to work with on a large scale. The grooves between planks are especially annoying. Unsure about durability
